Cancellations and Refunds Policy
1. Deposit & Payment – A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking cost is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event date.
2. Cancellations by Client – We do not offer refunds for client cancellations. However, clients may reschedule their event date, provided we are notified at least 14 days prior to the original event date. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
3. Rescheduling – If you wish to reschedule, you must notify us at least 14 days in advance. Rescheduling within 7 days of the event may incur additional fees. All rescheduled dates are subject to availability.
4. Cancellations by Us – If we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of any payments made (including the deposit) will be issued, or we can offer a rescheduled date at no additional cost.
5. Refunds – No refunds are issued for client cancellations. In the event of a cancellation by us, refunds will be processed within 3-4 business days via the original payment method.
